I am the second owner of this briliant motorcycle! I drove it from Hellas to Norway in the summer of 2009.I was not aware of the law and Tollvesenet took my licence plates. It is 36.000 NOK to be paid for importing and registrating the motorcycle in Norway. It is very difficult for me at the moment to pay for the registration and that is why I am selling the bike! NEW PRICE...99.000 NOK..Registered and with new licence plates. I have full service history fromkm when I bought it.Before that, I know that it has been very well taken care of..The first owner is a motocycle mechanic with his own Suzuki workshop and a champion in motorcycle racing in Hellas.This TL was his personal motorcycle. As an official racer he had access to the unique Suzuki's Racing Kit that was made by Suzuki for the participation of the TL000R at the WSB championship! The exhaust manifold,headers,pipes and cans that is on my bike and some other equipment, come from that kit!! so.. -Full Titanium Yoshimura exhaust system that is allmost impossible to even see one in reality now!Superlight and specially designed for maximum power delivery from this powerfull engine! -Ohlins Road & Track forks especially made for the TL1000R and Hayabusa that share the same forks. -Ohlins back suspension kit to replace the weird Rotary damper that could not be adjusted! -Ohlins steering damper with 11 adjusting positions (Hard-Soft).The original is not adjustable... -BMC washable air filter -Denso Iridium spark plugs -Machined heads for optimal air flow made by specialists in England..Unfortunatelly I have no documentation for this work -Fuell system adjusted with the YOSHIMURA BOX to fit the more breathable engine -Aluminium adjustable rearsets,lighter and higher from the ground to allow you to lean more when you turn!!! -BREMBO 19/20 brake master cylinder -AP RACING one piece machined alluminium 6pot calipers! (from Suzuki's Racing Kit) Rare to find! -AP RACING 320mm brake rotors! (Suzuki's Racing Kit).Rare to find! -High pressure brake lines front and rear -Triple clamp kit from Suzuki's Racing Kit.Extremely rear to find and superlight! -Carbon fiber handle bars! -Carbon fibre front fender! -Zero Gravity double bouble smoke windshield.Better protection from the wind. -McCulloch Xenon HID 4200K headlight..Plug and play and absolutely revesable if you want back the hallogen bulb. -PIAA H1 Extreme White lightbulbsdegree led taillights.Stronger light output and faster responce when you brake! -OXFORD taillbags with waterproof covers.Very practical and with lifetime warranty! Beautiful condition -BAGSTER tank cover with tank bag! Very practical and spacious.A real travel friend! -Teflon crash protectors mounted on the frame and forks -New racing stand for the swingarm -Suzuki's service manuall printed and Haynes manuall follow the bike! -Other stuff that I may forgetting at the moment!! -Original complete exhaust system for getting the approval for legal road use in Norway is following too! As you can see,we are talking about a very special motorcycle,built up with many and very expensive parts and lots of love.. It has only once touched the ground ,and that was in a ferry, with me on, when the captain stopped a little harshly on the dock! It was sudden and I could not hold the weight as I was on the bike without the stand! Damage : Some minor scratches on the battery cover and a broken edge of the clutch lever..but I have a PAZZO lever replacement already as you see on the photo..! The bike flies like a bullet and sounds so threatening! It is an actuall DUCATI and APRILIA killer ! A friend with aMille R Factory ,tuned, ate my dust as we opened the throttle from 100km/h and 4th gear !! He could see me steadilly moving away from him !! It has even space for raincoat and sandwitches under the back seat! You don't see it nowadays on sport bikes! Surprisingly comfortable for the passenger too! You are buying a beautiful example of Suzuki's machinery,with the touches it needed to be perfect! I believe that with a pair of lightweight wheels on this bike,you will meet the cutting edge of today's motorcycle performance even though you will own a 10 year older machine! Adjust the golden suspension to your weight, and you have a 100% fun racer-tourer! You are welcomed to pass by to see and listen to the bike! |
